Seems like it is getting a little heated here.
I will say I do believe it is wrong to breed a bitch that is under 4 lbs, even that IMHO is a little small for breeding. We just have to realize what it is all about. When and if I do breed in the future it will to be to better the breed, looking for the ideals set forth by the bred standard. Which means not breeding for tinies. It is dangerous and I believe that not only myself but many here would rather continue to buy dogs rather than put one of our precsious babies though a pregnancy that could kill them. It isnt worth the risk to me, I would be divestated if I lost Bridget becuase I was selfish like that. I think more than anything this thread is like a warning to people, becareful, watch what you do.
Sometimes we have no choice over which furbaby picks us, we just have to love them enough to do the right thing for them.
Oh btw, doesnt Brittney and Paris have the chiuaua's, I thought they were. and I bought my baby becasue I have always wanted one, I cold care less if so and so has one, good for them. I still like my baby better
