The good news is what your dog is experiencing is normal for this age, they lose their baby teeth and are growing the adult teeth, the mixture of blood and food that gets in the tooth pockets is nasty, but very temporary. It’s time to get you pup use to tooth brushing, Yorkies are prone to tartar and you must be diligent if you want your dog to keep his teeth.
