Wish I could help you Shelly. But I am sewing machine impaired!! I just started using one and lets just say it wasn't pretty!!
However, have you tried using Google? When I was having problems getting mine set up (yes I had problems) I googled the machine I have and found a You Tube to guide me. Just a thought!!
