Rylee - Science Diet lamb and rice. He requires either a gastro food or one with beet pulp to do well.

I don't like giving kibble, but I'm not particularly concerned about either food right now. My personal belief is that a properly formulated and accurately prepared homecooked diet is best for most dogs. This did not hold true for Ellie. And for Rylee the fiber issue would involve lots of trial and error.. Having cooked for the six pounder long term, I'm not about to do it for the sixteen pounder unless it is necessary for him. It takes time, energy, patience, and it costs more than kibble in a lot of cases. I got really tired of picking through chickens, weighing everything, dealing with freezing/thawing, traveling with it, etc. Ellie did love it though. She thrived on it for a long time.
