I'm just going on what you said- I would NEVER let Pnut out in the dark to potty. Take 5 mins to put a leash/harness on isn't a big deal to me.. knowing Pnut will be safe is worth the 5 mins...
You cant assume nothing is out there, no matter how big Callie is you are risking a fight with something that can possibly win.
