Once, sometimes twice weekly for my bed and if I have company that's going to stay longer than a week or two, I always let them know I want their sheets too when I strip my bed. I always strip guest sheets after they leave even if they were only slept on once. Doesn't matter. I want to always have crisp clean sheets on the bed for the next guest.
