Yes, she can still be spayed now. Just make sure your Vet does a complete blood work up on her before hand. Then when she is spayed make sure the Vet gives you pain med's to bring home to give her.

I have had several that I have adopted from Rescue Groups and they have been spayed at older age and have done just fine.
