I teach food production and one of the labs is pizza.. the kids love it.
I try to get them to "think outside the box" and put different toppings.
The spinach and feta.. that does sound good.. was it with a sauce?
My dh HATES the sauces so I just put a little olive oil, seasonings, the toppings and because he does not like cheese I use often use feta.
BTW.... I had to laugh at myself... Yes.. the store is publix.. not public! I am so bad at proofing my stuff
