 Puppy Deposits part 2
Here's another question for you guys. In leu of all of the deposit threads lately, as a breeder, let's say...I took a deposit from you for a pup. As the pup got older, I decided that I didn't want to sell it. If there is no contract signed, is it my right to send you back your deposit and tell you the deal is off?
If a buyer can change their mind about buying the pup, shouldn't I have the right to change my mind about selling it? |
