My little darlings are snoozing right next to me and they are NOT ITCHING!!!!
Seeing them uncomfortable and suffering was so awful and I feel like a bad mom not getting them help sooner, they suffered for almost a week while I tried to figure out what was going on
I stupidly assumed that once we got rid of the fleas that they would stop being itchy, but they didn't stop. All the other times we had this problem they got better almost instantly, upon death of the fleas. Then I thought it could be pollen or grass, and finally I just knew it wasn't going to get better without the vet. If this ever happens again (we DO live in Florida, flea central) then it'll be off to the vet immediately for intervention.
They are so precious!!! It does my heart good to know that they are relaxed and comfortable now. Here is a picture of them enjoying their skin-sissy's bed (computer is in her room)
