I use all the YSS products. I always tell people to do two shampoos and rinses and then condition. You are not going to get the same amount of bubbles in the shampoo or the same thickness in the conditioner that you would in most of the regular kinds of shampoo and conditioners. It is an all natural product and they do not use the chemicals that cause bubbles and the chemical thickeners either. You really just need to make sure that the shampoo gets evenly distributed through the fur and skin. I do it twice and then condition. The same is true with the conditioner. You are not going to feel the same thickness or get bubbles like regular conditioners. The point is if you put it where you need it the product works!

I had been having problems with Gracie's coat being oily just 3 days after her bath so I was just conditioning her ends. I was not even going to order conditioner from YSS but the owner said not to worry that she really should have it. So I got both kinds of conditioner in case one was not right for her. Have never regretted it. She has a long coat that stays shiny and smells great for the full week before her next bath. It did take a couple of shampoos to get her skin to stop over producing oil due to her skin being stripped by the regular dog shampoo I had been using but after that she has been just gorgeous.

I forgot to add. If you get the spray detangler make sure you shake it good every time you spray it as the oils do need to be remixed with every spray.
