Default puppy with hypoglycemia--HELP

My little guy is a rescue puppy and is about 10 weeks old. He has been home for 2 full days now. Last night he had a seizure, with vomiting, and urinating. He had been eating and using the "restroom" normally and frequently all day. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. I read online to put karo syrup on his gums, did that. No change. Immediately rushed him to the emergency vet. His sugar tested at 54 and that was after having the syrup. I was given nutrical and prescription diet food. He seemed so much better when we left but by 9:30 he was vomiting...back to the vet. She said it was the stress of moving that likely caused the episode. I am now feeding him through a dropper as well as giving him pedialyte with a dropper. He has NO energy what so ever but gums look good and has no signs of dehydration. When will my little guy get back to normal or what else should I be doing?
