First of all, I work at Petsmart so I know that if you are not satisfied with your training you CAN and should get a refund. That being said second I would sugg est you pick up a book by Kyra Sundance called "The Dog Tricks and Training Workbook". It is awesome and they do sell it at Petsmart. It contains a pack of training cards to help you put and her methods are awesome!!! One of our trainers uses this for her classes and it helps tremendously!!! I trained my yorkie with it and she is awesome now knowing over 30 commands and tricks! Hope this helps dear
