Hi friends...My little Sassafras had a sonogram done and my vet said her spleen is about 75% larger than normal! I took her to the vet cuz I cant seem to get her weight down after 2 years of trying SEVERAL diet foods and excercise and now she is just not her normal happy go lucky energetic self. Something is causing her discomfort and we cant figure out why. She was checked for diabetes and thyroid probs and they have been ruled out. I have no idea why her spleen is sooo big but i am worried to death! has anyone else out there had a yorkie with an enlarged spleen???
