I was afraid Petsmart might be like that. I'm sure they must have some good trainers too. With Heidi was my first time ever doing obedience training. We took classes at Tulsa Dog Training Club they were very serious about it. At first I thought it was way too strict & rigid. Even though obedience trials aren't for me, looking back I am so glad we did it & see the value in it. Would definitely do it again. You can always take it at the other place. I'd just be afraid of getting the dog confused if its different.
