In no way do I condone what these horrible people do, but if no one buys these little ones, they will be stuck there too... I kind of see it as a catch 22. You want these babies in a great home and out of this, but you also want this person to stop breeding. Can both happen? | Bad breeders will stop breeding if they are not making any money and will either bring the price down so much on the pups they are not making any money or just give them away or surrender them. Puppies will ALWAYS find homes think about the poor mommy dogs locked up and living in terrible conditions.
