The vet should be able to prescribe a tummy med like Cerenia, or Sucralfate. These meds may have other names in Israel, I don't know.

Your girl is young and still very small - and vomiting can be life threatening if it continues and she dehydrates. Even though she doesn't have diarrhea, the vomiting is extremely concerning. I'd call that vet and ask for a med, or perhaps bring her back in asap. Do you have emergency vets there for night time issues?
