Great advice.
I am fairly new but know the "issues" that you're talking about. Just stay the course and you will find what threads or topics you want to join in. I just look over or pass up entirely of those that get heated. OR....I just get a bag of popcorn.
EVERYONE here is wonderful. We are just passionate people with passionate opinions. It's just up to each individual on what subject you want to touch or join in.
It's ALL good.
