Next time get a video of her movement. That might be helpful for the vet to see. If this persists, say after one week of the NSAIDS, ie the limping/hopping, then I'd look at going to an osteopaedic vet.
Does she like the water, because a kiddy's pool is a great way to exercise a pup with sore joints. Even the bathtub can be used.
