They like canned green beans? I haven't tried green beans yet. I have frozen ones and wondered if cooked or raw was better. Is the Ved Medley you use also canned?
Is there much sodium in the canned veggies? I grew up on canned but somewhere along the way switched to frozen, they taste less mushy to me. Not that I eat much veggies, I'm a bad eater myself! |
