We brush using a regular child's toothbrush and CET dental toothpaste. However, recently a member here Sugarmamma posted about the great results that she has had using the Sonic Care toothbrush w/ the compact head on her 3.5 lb dog Sugar. We bought one recently and are trying to get the dogs used to it. I also tried the water additive by Healthy Mouth at the suggestion of a board certified vet dentist but my dogs could not get used to the cinnamon flavor. I might try that again some time.
