Take the tube out of the dispenser, and poke 5 or 6 pin holes (i use a safetly pin) in the tube just below where it connectes to the top. I did it! Yay! I've only tried it with hand soap so far but will experiment more tomorrow. I failed a couple times but I think it's because I didn't dilute the solution. Now I know...and am ready to save.
