I saw that you were from Israel, which is why I wondered.
We don't have it 'over here' either - I ordered from Amazon and have always kept a tube at home. It might be worth you ordering some for future use?
In the meantime, a dab of honey given on the end of your finger might help, just in case her blood sugar goes low whilst she's not keeping food inside her, as she's so tiny? Sally + Harry x
