Gosh.......first order of business is to find out if she is indeed pregnant...not guessing or supposing, but something definitive....either ultra sound or xray....of course, these measures are only as good as the person reading the images! After you determine if she is pregnant, then what you do next will be clear. I hope she is NOT pregnant...carrying babies during that developmental stage of the pregnancy, while in a starvation condition, and 3# underweight on a Yorkie IS starvation!, has not been good for the babies, struggling to develop. Prenatal care is important!!
