Congrats on your new baby. I brought Lexie home at 10 weeks and she had a hard time with her crate at first too. It might help to get a snuggle puppy or a warm water bottle wrapped in a shirt with your scent on it and put that in the crate with him.
The breeder sent us home with Royal Canin as well, i kept her on it for about 2 weeks before transitioning to a higher quality food. Sometimes she would get fussy so i'd mix some canned in with her kibble. Also you might want to reconsider feeding Eukanuba.
With biting i would just give a firm NO and put her in her pen for a little time-out.
