Yeah, I saw those Kiss-E Collars when I was searching the site yesterday! I think we've fixed the problem, but I might get one of those for the future. Right now the cone is on at night and during the work day, and the onesie all the time. The cone is fixed and the combo is working really well.
Regarding the stitches - external stitches, three of them. We go back two weeks after the surgery to get them removed. The ones in his mouth are dissolvable though.
Thanks for the belly band suggestion though - it's always good to know a variety of solutions.
His meds are done today, he's pretty much back to normal and the incision site is looking really nice, so it's a big relief. |
