Truffles is also 3.5(today!
) but we got Buddy belt size 2 when she was 2.7 lbs time. she could fit sz 1 that time but she was still young and knew that she grow out sz 1 soon. I hope you can find store near by you to bring your baby to fit and try... The reason I drove over hour away to fit her at store because Truffles were so little that none of the puppy harness wasn't fit at pet smart or petco....
