It sounds like they might have to remove the ears at some future time. I believe I would get a second opinion from a veterinarian who specializes in vascular disease to see if there is anything else possible - such as any chance this is some type of infection - just a fresh look. What a sad, sad story. I am so sorry she & you are having to deal with something so terrible. You both will be in my prayers.
