She will be fine. My two are home alone from 8-12 and then 1-2 everyday and sometimes have accidents. Usually they will use their potty pads, but I just don't expect them to hold it that long. I know I go to the bathroom several times/day, so I don't expect my little guys to be able to hold it that long.
It sounds like you have a great set up for her, and as long as you are okay with accidents... She will be fine.
I always just make sure they get lots of exercise and attention after work and on the weekends. We go to the dog park, go on walks, play fetch at the school down the street, and go on lots of trips in the car. My two are some of the most social dogs I know, and they have a great life.
