Brandi is home alone during the day and she is fine. In fact, she doesn't even walk me to the door anymore.
After breakfast and potty, she goes back to bed or she watches me get dress while in bed. Sometimes she might sit and watch the cat eat hoping she drops something on the floor.
It did take some time for her to reach this point. When I first got her and would leave her alone, she had some anxiety and would not stop pacing. I had a webcam setup so I knew what she was doing all day. Gradually As she got more comfortable in knowing I was coming home, she began to calm down and eventually she just started to sleep most of the day.
My suggestion, get a webcam you can access from the internet. That way you can gauge how the little one is doing and make the right adjustments.
