I don't think at that age you have to worry about them over feeding! I would free feed and keep an eye on how much Ralphie is eating. Make sure he's eating a decent amount. Since he's so young, what you can do is also water down the kibble to make "puffies" as I always call them, they are much easier to eat and go down easier. At this age more food is the safest bet...
