There is a lot to learn and condense about Yorkies. Go to the library here, on how to find a reputable breeder.
IMHO Health and Temperament are paramount. What does your "would be breeder do about that". How he/she screens for health, and what temperament test she uses. And just as important what are the temperaments of the sire n dam.
