yep Hailey loves to lay on my shoulder/under my neck when i'm sitting on the couch. also when we go for a short ride around the block i'll hold her in my arms and she'll move right up to my shoulder.
(but usually she is sound asleep in the carrier)
Kiva did it too when she was a puppy.
