I wish that she could see what I see when I look at her, because she truly is so beautiful and special. Today Jackie will be driving to see me and bringing with her my little girl after driving yesterday to the Canadian border to get her for me. I can't be far away from home, and I was unable to go to pick up my little girl myself. My breeder and I had been hoping another breeder or handler would be coming to New York to a show and bring Katie along with them, but we had been waiting for a long while. Jackie decided the wait was too long, and she announced that she was going to get Katie for me. I was unable to talk her out of it or even to get her to postpone her trip after she hurt her back. Both Jackie and Gail (gemy) were so determined that John and I would have Kate in our lives and talked together without his or my knowledge. Gail spoke to her breeder on my behalf, and because of two very loving and special friends that I met here, John and I will be sharing Mother's Day with Jackie, two of her four dogs, and my own little girl. There are not many people as special as Jackie in this world, and I never expected to meet someone like her when I found YorkieTalk. I am truly grateful to have and be loved by someone so very dear. | OMGoodness! I am so happy that Jackie is so much better! And that you are getting a new puppy! OMGosh! So Happy! Congratulations! And kudos to Jackie and Gail for making this happen for you! Yay! and Hugs, Kathy |
