No one else walks her but DH and I, so I have no idea if she would be willing to go out and walk with anyone else.

Now I am freaking out about brain tumors.
Don't freak out about brain tumors as they are possible but not common in yorkies. How old is she ? was she recently vaccinated ? The lack for wanting to play tug/war would have me concerned though as she could be having a dental problem or a possible neck/shoulder problem. Yorkies are more likely to have a Chiari malformation then a Tumor & this can be treated with meds & MRI would be needed to diagnose this condition. I would have your vet do a full exam & check her teeth & neck & spine before you freak out. If she's suddenly started this behavior, it most likely something physical bothering her & not behavioral.
Is she walked with a Harness or a collar ? as Harness is best for small dogs.
