You really cannot expect much housetraining from a 7 week only tiny puppy. And those hours are absolutely too long to crate a 7 week old puppy; she cannot hold her urine for that length of time (can you?) and her bladder is very tiny. Please make some arrangements for someone to check on your precious puppy and/or take her outside or to the pad.
Can you come home on your lunch hour? If not, perhaps with school almost out - you can find a responsible teen-ager to come over more than once a day?
I really hope you can find something; this is no way for a 7 week old puppy to spend their days.
