I had trouble catching my Peek a Boo going in the right place. After two months, I decided to teach him the command first as he went. So the next time he had to 'go' (on the carpet, lol) I said 'Go Potty', I praised him and gave him a treat. Then the next time I thought he needed to go, I took him out and said 'Go Potty'. He did! and got praise and a treat! Then I kept working on his timing and where to 'go', now he comes and gets me to let him out!

If you can't see her signals, go back to using time increments, every hour, the every 1.5 hours, etc.
