Yes but your dog is not choosing to breed you chose it for her. I would try the Yorkshire Club of America first for breeders in your area and then make sure to visit and ask lots and lots of questions. A good breeder does not let there pups go before 12 weeks, does not sell mixes, does not sell many types of dogs, does not keep them in out buildings, does genetic testing, makes sure dogs are free of LP, only breeds dogs that are an excellent representation of the breed, and AKC registered. I hope you don't want to buy this yorkie to breed. I have nothing against mixed breed dogs my best friend growing up was a lab chow mix but I am very much against breeding mixed dogs because I too love dogs and feel very sad for the ones in shelters and most of them are mixed and not adopted because of it so why would you want to make more of them and not just adopt and take care of the ones already here? just very sad to me.
