Katie Scarlett was invited to her very first birthday party today. It was a human birthday party for our neighbor. He turned 6 today. We all had a wonderful time! Katie Scarlett loved it! She wore a new dress custom made from the talented YT Member, Kathy (KJC). Isn't it so cute?! Everyone had a fit over her!
