Did you live together in the same home as now before the wedding? Was she left alone THAT much during the preparations? Did she get scolded a lot if she misbehaved while you were gone, or while you were home but ignoring her due to being busy? Was she nippy before? (asked because you said she will try to bite you if you pet her in her bed.) My girl has NEVER nipped anyone or anything, so if she started that I would believe it was due to pain, or some kind of hormone imbalance/brain tumor.
I suppose the vet is the first step. It sounds like she wants nothing to do with you. How is she around other people (compared to how she used to be.) If you get her outside with someone else will she walk for them?
