I got Suzie from a couple of construction workers about 2 wks ago. They told me they are just looking for a good home for lil Suzie and she is already weaned. I could not say no! Was feeding her wee bits puppy food, i soaked in water to soften, she was a very active and happy puppy
! It all started Wed the 9th at 7pm; She had her first seizure, I had never encountered anything like this, especially with a 1.4oz puppy. I immediately drove her to the Emergency Vet Clinic, once there they checked her blood sugar, it was normal but they said the seizure could have brought it back up. Since Wednesday she has had 6 seizures. She stayed at the vet for observation and blood work today, they found that she is anemic. She is too small for the liver shunt test; since they have to take quite a large amount of blood. Her last seizure was 1 hour ago. I'm just wanting my happy and playful pup back. I don't know what to do :-(
