This is something that really bothers me... People do it all the time here, and I've called the cops and they take forever to come. I just don't get why people think it's okay!
Also, the hot pavement is a huge problem here too... We have really hot summers, and I am constantly checking the sidewalk before we go on walks because it is so dang hot. |
