imo, almost 4 pounds for 11 weeks old is not unusual.
My oscar was 4 pounds @ 12 weeks when i brought him home &
he looked perfect.
Your puppy will not necessarily be the same size or smaller than his parents. Yorkies come in all shapes and sizes. I feed oscar a little over 1/2 cup per day but he is now 8 months old .
I think a young puppy should probably get about 3/4 cup per day.
