The bathroom that is upstairs (my apartment when I go home...LOL) has though. The toilet tank decided to mess up when they weren't home. They were actually on vacation. Well it got all over the floor and it even got under the floor upstairs. It left water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom below it. It was a mess to clean up too! water alarm - Google Search
Place them near any possible water leak source, like your washer, dishwasher, sink, hot water heater, toilet, etc. When it detects water, an alarm sounds! | Well how nifty! I had no idea they made such a thing! LOL! Just ask my hubby....I'm a bit of an airhead when it comes to stuff like that! I embarass him at Home Depot and Lowe's with my questions. I used to embarass myself but now I just don't care.
