LOL! That was my first thought too. Katie Scarlett was known to do that in her puppy days.
As for the pumpkin, I have read where people have used fresh pumpkin that they mashed up or you can buy canned pumpkin that has been pureed. Not like pumpkin pie filling though. I've never had to do this myself though, so maybe we can get a YT'er who has firsthand experience.
