thank you for all your help! i dont use a collar anymore this was going back a while before bella had a 'reverse sneeze' and i thought it was 'CP' and scared the life out of me! i just use a harness now and never had to pull her up anymore....i did pick her up once when a MASSIVE dog came up to bella just to sniff she went MENTAL in my arms the man was saying put her down its only going to make her worse.....some dogs like that big dog knew to turn away but some might go into attack mode.....the thing about me is im painfully shy and get easily embarrased which propably has a lot to do with training i dont wanna look 'stupid' doing things but guess im going to just have to do it for bellas sake lol
