Hmm, I saw you also posted about hurting her neck when you pull. I know this isn't a solution to your problem, but if you invest in a step-in harness for Bella if you have to suddenly move her around or have to change direction, it won't have any harm on her neck like a simple collar and leash would.
With regards to her behavior, sadly we can only train dogs, and not humans. Gizmo like some dogs, but others he'll go ballistic with. Is there any cheaper group classes that you could go to that have a smaller amount of people and possibly smaller dogs? |
