Default Separation Anxiety - What to do?

Hello Everyone!
My girlfriend and I just got another yorkie pup! She 13 weeks old, well actually 14 weeks old now. The lady we got her from was with her all the time because she was a stay at home person. Ms. Ava, (our pups name) even slept in her breeders bed at night.

The problem::

We like to kennel her at night, but since her breeder let her sleep in her bed with her, she CRIES AND CRIES and will NOT stop. She will cry all night long with a terrible crying sound; It sounds like someone is skinning her alive!!! In addition to that, she slobbers all over herself because she is in such distress. What on Earth can I do about this?? We need major help. My girlfriend and I have had her for about a week and a half now and she is not getting any better. Our last yorkie (who we still have, he is about 9 months old) was not nearly this bad and was pretty much over crying within the first week of the night time caging.

We need some major help ideas, PLEASE!!
