Dear Yorkie Lovers who's dogs have Demodex...My baby Olive has it too- it has been an ongoing battle for four years.

I need some help/advice. The medication Interceptor she has been on for the past year is now on backordered/recalled. The Promeris has also been recalled. The main ingredient in these is the Amitraz. Other than the dips, what else can I use?

I am scared to use the dips because she scratches her nose and her paws so much that she sometimes bleeds- and I know the dips cannot be used if she has any wounds.

I need advice on what else has worked. I feel like she is getting worse by the minute.
