I agree with everyone here!
I am new yorkie mom but what I have read, was told and worked for us was the fact that you should never let them bite on skin.
When Sheldon is trying to chew or bite my fingers I say "nice" in a firm voice and he licks instead. They are pretty smart and they figure out very quickly.

Nylabone has this little teething bones for puppies that you can put in the freezer. Sheldon loved them when he was teething, I would give it to him and he would run to his crate and chew away.
